Detroit Entertainment

I love going out and most of all, LOVE to know as much about a place as possible. I found www.detroitcity.com which is a social network for metro Detroit that has been pretty cool. It seems to work similar to most social networks where you create your profile, build your friends list, yada yada yada. But the biggest difference is that they have special profiles just for certain groups. Mostly focused on Entertainment. They have these profiles for HotSpots which cater to Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, etc., and they offer Menu options, driving directions, hours, drinks, coupons and events lists. I get to check out photos of the place as well as see whats coming up or if I should eat before I come. I also get to network with some people that have commented on their particular profile. The biggest difference that I see is that I can actually search on www.detroitcity.com for HotSpots as apposed to other places. Very Cool.
